  • The studio is approximately 1,500 square feet (140 square metres) and is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath), office, laundry, an upstairs loft and a large open studio space. You will have access to:

    ●  20 Bolsters

    ●  30 Blocks

    ●  20 Straps

    ●  12 Meditation Cushions

    ●  25 Blankets

    ●  25 Pilates Balls

    ●  Sound System: Yamaha Stagepas 400BT Portable PA System

    *** Tables and chairs available for hire.

  • Monday: 9:00 - 17:00

    Tuesday: 9:00 - 17:00

    Wednesday: 9:00 - 16:00

    Thursday: 10:30 - 17:00

    Friday: 13:30 - 23:00

    Saturday: 11:00 - 23:00 (minimum booking of 3 hours)

    Sunday: 10:30 - 23:00 (minimum booking of 3 hours)
