  • Alison Bolton

    Ali, founder of Nurturing Folk, is a dedicated teacher, facilitator, and holistic practitioner who believes in the power of slowing down and connecting to oneself for healing and wisdom. By emphasizing the importance of exploring the internal landscape, Ali invites others to take time for themselves and experience the benefits of radical self-care and restful practices. The tools Ali uses include Conscious Connected Breathwork, Sound Healing (gong, drum, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and chimes), Meditation, and Reiki. Ali offers classes and workshops that are compassionate, gentle, accessible, yet still powerful and effective.

  • Ashka Zasada

    Rooted in her extensive study of Yoga, Buddhist teachings, Meditation, Non-Dual Tantra, dance, and embodiment, Ashka aims to facilitate a path to inner wholeness. Her teachings are an invitation to welcome more play and pleasure into the experience; she believes they are fundamental on our path to healing and lead to a deeply intimate and fulfilling life. Ashka has been practicing Yoga since 2006 and teaching since 2011, running workshops and retreats in London and abroad.

  • Charlene Huskinson

    Charlene is a sound therapist, holistic voice coach, professional singer, and musician. Charlene invites you to explore the transformative world of sound, offering unexpected insights, creativity, and information beyond our analytical minds. By listening deeply with all our senses, we can experience life in new ways, fostering a different kind of awareness of ourselves, others, and our surroundings. The sound, music and voice guides individuals back to themselves, helping to reset and restore harmony which initiates healing. Charlene has over 20 years of experience as a singer and musician and is a certified Sound Healing with the Voice Practitioner (COSH), Sound Bath facilitation (COSH), and Sound Healing with Crystals (COSH). She also has a Diploma in Contemporary Singing - Vocaltech (now BIMM London) and is certified in Authentic Voice for Wellbeing and Sound Healing Voice Meditation.

    As a singer and voice practitioner, Karen has always understood the importance of breath. As a yoga teacher, Karen has come to deeply appreciate its benefits for both the mind and body. Using a combination of breath work, voice, and movement, Karen invites others on a journey to holistic wellness. Whether they wish to stretch out the body literally through personalized or group yoga practices, or feel that they are meant to be somewhere else in their personal life or career, Karen is there to guide them. For those who feel unheard or struggle to speak their truth, Karen offers guided mentoring to facilitate their journey, helping them evolve both personally and professionally to the fullest.

    Lilly, a certified IAYT Yoga Therapist and founder of The Space, has been teaching yoga since 2011. With over 1,500 hours of training in yoga therapy, mindfulness, and Ayurveda, she brings a depth of expertise to her practice. Lilly empowers individuals to cultivate a more aligned and authentic life, emphasizing the transformative power of small, consistent practices that can spark meaningful change.
